Maple Cinnamon Almond Milk Waffles

Growing up, my dad use to make my brother and I pancakes or waffles every weekend. He had a shirt that we called his 'pancake shirt'. It was a maroon L.L.Bean plaid flannel - I am not sure why we decided that was going to be dad's pancaking making shirt, but it was. My dad hung this shirt in the coat closet near the kitchen and every weekend, my brother and I would run into the kitchen, dad would put on his pancake shirt and we would all make pancakes or waffles from scratch.

Creamy Cauliflower + Purple Potato Soup

I usually go for butternut squash soup when I'm craving something creamy, but this week I decided to go with cauliflower and purple potato soup. You'll be shocked that there is no dairy in this recipe once you see how creamy it turns out. With cold season approaching, I decided to use a bone broth as the stock for my soup (bone broth is full of minerals that support the immune system), but you can easily substitute vegetable broth to make this vegan. It's also gluten + grain free and whole30 approved!

3 Ingredient peanut butter cookies

Are you ever craving something sweet but don't want to feel crappy about yourself for indulging? Personally, I feel this way almost every single day. These super easy, organic, 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies are the perfect treat. They curb that craving and don't make you feel bad about it. They only take 20 minutes to make and come out of the oven perfectly soft and crumbly. No pressure.. but I'd give these cookies a try ASAP!

No-Bake Blueberry Coconut Cheesecake Bars

I have been obsessed with Siggi's yogurt for sometime now, so when I heard they were having a recipe contest for their brand ambassadors, I knew I had to come up with something good! It was my friend (Hi, Cath!) who introduced me to their drinkable yogurt. Not only do I love the simple look of Siggi's products, but I love how simple their ingredients are. They're all-natural, high in protein, made with real fruit, and much lower in sugar then their competitors. Their drinkable yogurt makes it so easy to grab and go.. bringing back the go-gurt! PLUS it is packed with probiotics so hello, happy gut!
