Raspberry Acai Bowl
1 packet acai puree (i used trader joes)
1/2 frozen raspberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop ALOHA vanilla protein powder
1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (optional)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Toppings: frozen berries, shredded coconut, cocoa nibs, fresh strawberries
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth. Add toppings and enjoy!
Note: I used my Vitamix and started the blender on level 1, slowly increasing to level 10 until smooth.
